Equipped with corresponding interchangeable crimping heads, the machine crimps valves to tinplate or aluminum plate containers.
Valve that feeds the container through the pack and place restart system mechanism
The pump valve is rotated by a vibrating bowl unit and the liner is fed
The crimping device works pneumatically, and the crimping diameter and crimping height can be adjusted to the required external dimensions before the container is crimped. The machine presses the valve onto the container, the pressure can be adjusted individually, and the crimping head automatically returns to the starting position after the work is completed.
The actuator feeds the container via a pick and place restart mechanism

Our Advantages
