ZHGX-60EM is specially designed for filling and capping suppositories. The machine can automatically complete the whole packaging process of bottle sorting, filling, cap sorting, cap feeding, capping and finished product export.
The operator manually places the pipe into the pipe loading bucket, which automatically transports the empty pipe to the pipe unloading machine so that the pipe can be fed into the main machine.
After entering the main machine, the ceramic synchronous filling system performs tracking filling.
The filled tubes will enter the capping station. The cam capping system will pick up the caps from the capping star wheel and track the capping process.
