Overview:
The machine is suitable for filling pastes and liquids. The filling piston dosing cylinder is driven by a servo motor; the filling volume can be controlled by adjusting the stroke position of the servo motor.
The filling method is compatible with various types of bottles. There is no need to intercept bottles for filling as in the conventional method; the filling action is completed during the movement of the bottle. When changing the bottle type for production, there is no need to adjust too many mechanical positions. The first time, the parameters are adjusted and stored. The next time you change the corresponding product for production, you only need to press one key to call the parameters, and the filling volume, filling nozzle height, filling speed and other parameters can be generated automatically.

Product Features:
1. The equipment has the features of compact and beautiful design, simple and convenient operation, etc.
2. It adopts special ceramic three-way rotary valve to control the reciprocating movement of piston rod by servo motor to realize the filling of raw materials. It is an ideal production equipment.
3. The material contact part is made of high specification 304 or 316 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements. For highly corrosive liquids, the piston sealing ring is made of PTFE or fluorine rubber O-ring (3 years warranty) to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
4. One key automatic cleaning function can be realized on the touch screen, and the length and number of times of cleaning can be completed on the man-machine interface; according to the production requirements of different customers, CIP full tank cleaning can be done to clean the cylinder in multiple directions without dead ends, fully meeting the GMP requirements of filling production.
5. The filling volume of different filling heads can be adjusted individually on the human-machine interface.
6. The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling precision. Submersible filling can effectively solve the phenomenon of bubbling, drawing and splashing during the filling of special materials
7. The discharging barrel of the filling machine is equipped with ultrasonic liquid level detection device and automatic feeding system. When the liquid level reaches the maximum point, it stops feeding. When the liquid level is at the lowest point, replenish the material to ensure the accuracy of filling. (Optional)
8. Parameters can be stored and can be directly called for subsequent replacement production, which is convenient and fast and improves production efficiency.

6. The annular heater heats the inner wall of the hose tail, and the external annular cooling water jacket cools the outer wall, so that the tail is heated evenly, the inner wall is tight, and the outer wall is flat and beautiful.
7. According to the shape of the tail or material and other comprehensive factors, shearing machine design for flat shear and arc shear, shear parts flat and burr-free.
8. The terminal compressed air is dried and sterilized by multi-stage filtration to ensure clean and pollution-free.
