Servo motor controls filling, 8 nozzles fill simultaneously.
Quick cleaning, quick adjustment, and stepless speed regulation of the volume cylinder are suitable for filling different specifications and different liquids.
The filling volume only needs to be adjusted once, and each volume cylinder is fine-tuned, with high precision and good filling consistency.
The parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel and silicone rubber, which meet GMP standards.
The filling piston cylinder adopts imported reduction motor stepless speed control, which is suitable for water-based liquids and viscous liquids.
Imported electromagnetic clutch and brake are used to eliminate inertia and the filling accuracy is high.
The human-machine interface communicates with the PLC. Debugging the device and changing the type only requires simple settings on the screen.
Bottling, positioning, filling and bottle discharging are all carried out automatically. If the bottle is not in place, the bottle is blocked, or the filling tube is not inserted into the bottle during filling, the equipment will automatically protect itself and continue to operate after troubleshooting.

Our Advantages
