Zhonghuan's first fully automatic filling machine in China has the features of automatic syringe sleeve feeding, automatic vacuum filling, automatic vacuum plugging, and full-automatic operation monitoring. In addition to ordinary liquids, it is also suitable for filling transparent viscous liquids such as ester acid.
This machine is suitable for pre-sterilized syringes (SCF type) manufactured by BD, BG, SCHOTT and major Chinese suppliers. Other types of syringes can be custom designed.
Five synchronous filling nozzles and four sets of servo motors (YASUKAWA, Japan) ensure accurate filling, reliable leak blocking and precise filling action.
SS rotary pump. Filling volume setting and precision adjustment are performed on the touch screen without any tools.
Siemens color touch screen. Real-time monitoring and display of various operating states, vacuum pressure, nitrogen pressure, C/A pressure, fault alarm with position indication, fault indication and record. Multi-language display
MVS (Machine Vision System) monitors the quality of the plugging to ensure higher acceptability (optional).
Process parameters can be printed, stored and called in real time.
All contact parts are made of SUS 316L and medical silicone rubber. The machine is coated with SUS 304 and 6061 anodized aluminum alloy.

1. Suitable for all kinds of plastic pipes, plastic composite pipes, aluminum-plastic composite pipes.
2. The color mark positioning selects imported photoelectric sensor and high precision stepping motor (servo motor can be selected for high standard calibration) to ensure the correct direction of the printing surface.
3. Filling nozzle goes deep into the hose, filling from bottom to top step by step, avoiding air leakage or overflow, filling accuracy up to ±1%.
4. Barrel insulation system is done by controlling the water temperature inside the laminated barrel to ensure that the material will not be damaged by overheating.
5. Swiss hot air generator can melt the end of the hose to ensure a stable heat source and facilitate subsequent sealing.
6. The annular heater heats the inner wall of the hose tail, and the external annular cooling water jacket cools the outer wall, so that the tail is heated evenly, the inner wall is tight, and the outer wall is flat and beautiful.
7. According to the shape of the tail or material and other comprehensive factors, shearing machine design for flat shear and arc shear, shear parts flat and burr-free.
8. The terminal compressed air is dried and sterilized by multi-stage filtration to ensure clean and pollution-free.
