Automatic high-speed bottle sorting machine is suitable for automatic sorting of plastic bottles, replacing manual operation. It is an automatic bottle sorting equipment integrated with machine, electricity and gas, and can be used with automatic filling machine, automatic capping machine, automatic sealing machine, automatic labeling machine and other equipment. The bottle conveying speed can reach 30~200 bottles/min. It is commonly used in daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.
This equipment is driven by the lifting mechanism to send bottles to the bottle barrel; the turntable in the barrel is driven by the transmission mechanism to rotate, and the bottles in the barrel fall into the turntable groove under the action of centrifugal force; the bottles in the turntable groove are driven by the rotating turntable and enter the bottle conveying mechanism through the bottle discharge plate; the bottles are pulled apart under the synchronous wheel clamping, and the bottle mouth is turned over by the hooked bottle lever in the process of bottle transfer. The bottle turns into the bottom of the bottle in front and arrives at the next step of the bottle bottom stopper is automatically righted.
The bottle management mechanism is designed mainly to apply the friction force of the belt so that the bottle can be turned over under high-speed movement, apply the friction force of the belt to convey the bottle in the conveying stage, and apply the friction force to adjust the bottle in the finishing stage. The advantage of this equipment compared with other types of machines is its high efficiency.
